The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Canon City Counseling for Women. The terms “you” and “your” refer to site visitors, clients, and any other users of the Site. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms without modification and acknowledge that you have read them.
Use of the Site and Services
The Site and Services are for lawful purposes only. You agree not to post, transmit, or share any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. You may not use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or infringes upon the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity without obligation to assign reason. Services are confirmed only when scheduled through Ensora Health and, where applicable, upon payment.
Credentials & Scope of Practice
Pamela Grice is a Registered Psychotherapist with the State of Colorado, listed as an Unlicensed Psychotherapist with the Colorado State Board of Unlicensed Psychotherapists, a division of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (registration number: NLC.0010231). Registration authorizes the practice of psychotherapy in Colorado but does not require standardized education or testing, nor imply state endorsement. Counseling services, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), are available to women ages 16 and older in Colorado via in-person and telehealth sessions. Child and family therapy is not provided.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We may collect the following personal information when you interact with our Site or Services:

- Scheduling information submitted through Ensora Health.
- Payment information (processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store full card details).
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage data (via Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and reCAPTCHA).
- Sensitive information you choose to provide. Please do not include clinical details in contact forms or emails.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide counseling services. We also use it to operate, secure, and improve the Site, send confirmations and policy updates, and comply with legal obligations. Information may be used to protect your safety, the safety of others, and to enforce this Agreement.
Sharing of Information
We share information only as necessary with trusted third parties, including Ensora Health (EHR/telehealth), our website host, email provider, analytics providers, and payment processors. We may disclose information to legal or regulatory authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and reCAPTCHA. Cookies help us improve the Site and deliver relevant content. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly.
Your Rights
Although the Colorado Privacy Act may not formally apply to small practices, we honor reasonable requests for access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Please email [email protected] to make a request.
Data Security & Retention
We use appropriate safeguards to protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security. Clinical records are retained for 7 years as required by Colorado law.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Geographic Limitation
Counseling services are available only to clients located in Colorado at the time of service. In-person 1.5-day intensive sessions are available to those willing to travel to Colorado from out-of-state.
Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. The most recent version will be posted here.
Scheduling, Payments, and Good Faith Estimates
Scheduling is conducted through Ensora Health or in person. Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be billed at the full session rate except in cases of genuine emergency. Clients may switch from in-person to telehealth before a scheduled session without penalty. If the therapist cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the client will receive a one-time late-cancellation waiver for future use.
Good Faith Estimates: Self-pay and uninsured clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. You may request one at [email protected].

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. The exclusive venue for any disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Fremont County, Colorado.
Changes to This Agreement
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Agreement.
