Pamela Grice, MA | Registered Psychotherapist
welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
As someone who has engaged with the counseling process myself, I know what it’s like to walk through life’s deepest valleys and come out the other side changed. I’ve experienced seasons of trauma recovery, loss, grief, physical illness, and reinvention, and those personal struggles have become the fertile ground where my empathy, faith, and clinical skills have taken root.
I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University in 2008 and became a Registered Psychotherapist in the state of Colorado that same year. Since then, I’ve pursued additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful, research-based tool to help individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences.
Over the past two decades, I’ve counseled women from all walks of life—ministry wives, caregivers, trauma survivors, creatives, leaders, and the quietly strong. Many come to me because they’re tired of being the one who always holds it together. They’re craving a place to fall apart, process what’s real, and rebuild in a way that honors their whole selves.
My approach is heart-centered, relational, creative and faith-informed. That means we’ll invite Christian themes and Scripture into the process only if you’d like—never in a way that feels forced or preachy. You’ll find a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be honest, be messy, and be supported as you make sense of your story. I bring my training in counseling and EMDR, my coaching background, and a calm, strategic mind to every session—but more than that, I bring my whole self, and I invite you to do the same.
If you’re looking for someone to walk alongside you with grace, humor, and real tools for healing and growth, I’d love to meet you.
